For the Love of Bones:
I am beginning this bone journey with the distal upper extremity, the hand. We will proceed proximally (toward the spine) with the carpus, the radius and ulna, the humerus, and the shoulder girdle. The lower extremity, beginning with the foot, will follow the upper extremity. Then it’s on to the spine and lastly the cranium. I hope you will check in and follow along at your leisure. Pour a cup of kava or vino, whatever makes you smile and explore the world of bones.
